STAINED GLASS RESTORATION

In addition to offering newly created custom glass pieces, Abraxis skilled artists provide expert glass art repair and art glass restoration services. We accomplished the complete rebuild of the 18’ diameter stained glass dome at the historic Northern Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. 

This required dismantling more than 5,000 individual pieces of glass, cleaning them, and fabricating them before installing them back into the original configuration. Damaged glass pieces were replaced, matching the color and texture by the original manufacturer, Kokomo Art Glass, to ensure the historical integrity of this magnificent showpiece.
